    What a lovely team of people these are to do business with. My old panama from them was seriously out of shape following many adventures. With no fuss, I returned the hat and within a matter of a few days it was returned as good as new and with a new band. It looks and feels great. I'm now feel kitted out and ready for some more excursions. Thank you Panama Hat Company

    An efficient and very good service. A slight delay (my fault) for not including identifying paperwork, thinking the online booking was sufficient.

    Great service, I sent my hat in for an end of summer ‘service’ , it’s come back with a new inner and outer band (Regimental colours) and looks new again. Thank you.
