Description

Folder Panama Hat - Brisa 3/5: The most classic of all panamas, this Folder Panama (often referred to as Colonial) comes in a lightweight Brisa weave has a distinct crease in the centre, allowing it to roll with maximum ease and retain its shape, so is ideal for frequent travel. This is the most timeless style, being historically associated with likes of Theodore Roosevelt and Winston Churchill. Also available in Cuenca/ Herringbone weave and a finer Cuenca 8/10 weave. Please note: Sizes 63/64/65 are available but these take approx 1 week to order and are not available on next day delivery. These are more expensive as the weave for these sizes is significantly finer and takes many more days to complete Supplied with folding instructions - Travelling tube NOT included.     I have always loved Panama hats and wanted one that was original to Ecuador and fitted well. I got both when I received my hat shortly after ordering it. The lady (Jenny) I discussed the purchase with over the phone couldn't have been a better ambassador for the Panama Hat Company. In short, I am delighted with my hat and will return for another before too long.

    Prompt delivery. Well packed and protected. Perfect fit and looks good. Easy folding instructions. Would have been perfect if it came with a panama hat tube for packing when folded.

    Hardly worn it yet but it appears to be of very good quality and well made. Excellent delivery service but pity that hat tube out of stock at time of hat purchase and had to make a seperate purchase for it which involved additional postage etc

    Hugely popular present, although it is worth trying to get an accurate idea of hat size! However the hat was replaced quickly without fuss when returned. Make sure you buy the tube too, without the tube it will look tatty far quicker.

    The hat itself is fine and comfortable and the sizing instructions worked well. However, having promoted how genuine and foldable it is, what a pity at this fairly high price not to include a suitable container for the folded hat.

    Initially I bought this hat for myself but discovered it fitted my wife better. Beautiful colour and fine quality. I'm quite sure I will be visiting the Panama Hat Company again in the not too distant future.
