Folding Panama Hat - Brisa 3/5 Ivory

A lovely hat and very helpful service when it came to arranging for my own ribbon to be fitted.

This is my second folding panama hat. The first from elsewhere failed to maintain its shape after a few folds, in fact it came apart at the front. The new Brisa has yet to be tested in a forthcoming trip to India. It needs to be folded quite tightly to fit in the travelling tube, so I hope it can survive the journey. The purchase process was quite straightforward, and although slightly too large, I decided to keep it because the next size down would be too tight and might have given me headaches. Quality seems ok for the price paid.

Looked around for a foldable Panama and this hat seemed the best quality hat for the money I wanted to pay as I didn't want to spend hundreds for an occasional hat (because of our rubbish weather). Firstly I wasn't disappointed with the quality as in my opinion its good value/quality and a great hat, secondly an excellent delivery time especially as I had ordered the wrong size so the replacement was sent with the same efficient service so all in all if you are considering a purchase from this company I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Arrived promptly and very well packed, this hat is a delicious white colour and an excellent fit. Tightly woven with a fine band and bow I was delighted and look forward to showing it off in Malta next week. Thank you.

I bought this hat for my husband who cannot go in the sun, it fits beautifully and looks great, lets see over time if it packs as well as advertised and whether it keeps the color with sun creams etc, which you obviously need to use. An interesting project, we have tried every hat over the years so hoping for the price that it will come unto expectations.

Due to a chronic failure in an old and inferior hat, I was left wanting for a new hat in a hurry. Luckily The Panama Hat Company came to my aide with a fine selection of hats with a next day delivery service. The hat duly arrived, was of a very good quality and did the job of protecting my lily white pate from the fierce sunshine brilliantly.

Easy to order, smooth delivery and looks as good as the one that I bought nearly 20 years ago (except newer, of course!)....and the same price as I paid back then. I am not an expert but I am extremely happy with the hatquisition! I am just waiting for some sunshine!!

My old and well worn Panama finally gave up the will to sit on my head! Its replacement is a very worthy successor especially with the very useful accompanying tube for travel and will be worn soon on holiday in Sri Lanka!!
