Hat, as expected, good looking and good quality - some quid pro quo on the P+P would have been appreciated - additional returns costs made the item pretty expensive !

Your service was outstanding: ordered on a particularly hot Sunday afternoon and arrived and in use by 11 am on Tuesday. It was beautifully packed, and presented with its own smart carrying/storage bag. Top marks all round for quality, efficiency and service - strongly recommended.

Package arrived in perfect condition ,baring in mind the Fragility of the contents. Hat looks great , fine quality workmanship and most importantly the size was accurate to my order. I wouldn’t hesitate in using your company again.

Been looking for a Panama for ages - there is nothing really on the high street that caught my eye/was of good quality then I found this site! I loved the look of the planter and went for it - I can't tell you how pleased I am that I did! I was a bit nervous about measuring my head and ordering but the hat fits like a glove exactly to size! Delivered the next day in well packaged box! Just got back from a week in the sun and two people asked me where I got the hat from!! It looks the absolute business! If you're looking for a slightly different looking Panama you won't be disappointed.

I cannot review this hat I'm afraid, it is a present for my daughter who lives in Thailand and tomorrow I shall be on my way with the hat. It was my daughters idea that I should buy this hat for her, she has wanted one for a very long time apparently. I can't make comments about the hat but I can on your customer service, I was delighted with the lady who telephoned me to tell me that the hat tube that I had ordered for this hat was not suitable and that I would have a refund, and the delivery was unbelievable, the lady rang me in the afternoon and the hat was delivered at 8AM the following morning, very impressed.
