    Difficult and expensive by post

    Ordered what we thought was the right size and had to return it. Replacement size was still wrong, although this had been measured carefully (a size too large). Must be our fault but postage to Spain makes it prohibitive to try again. The hat has cost me 80 pounds so far! (You can buy good quality products in Spain for half the basic price, though this was a special Birthday gift. So......... be sure you have the correct size or don´t bother!

    excellent quality product; beware of snail mail

    Received my Panama and I'm delighted with the quality and the fit. Snail mail (combination of UK Royal Mail and Saudi Post)overseas airmail took a staggering 22 days from date of posting. I'd definitely recommend the product, but if you're overseas, think twice. Either that or don't be in a hurry.
