I have been buying hats from various department stores for years never quite getting the size or quality quite right. After throwing good money after bad I decided to spend that bit more and buy a properly made hat. I am so happy with the whole experience of researching and buying from a company with ethical roots. From reading of the company’s ethos of making sure local weavers were paid a fair price for their products to the easy measuring guide to get the perfect sized hat for you. Then receiving the handmade hat I can’t fault the process. Straight out of the box the hat screams quality. My hat was a perfect fit for me but if you need to get a smaller size then the returns policy is easy. They supply you with some foam pads too for small adjustments to give you the ultimate comfort. The hat comes with its own bag so when you are not wearing it you can keep it clean and out of harms way. Absolutely love my hat and wish I had purchased one years ago!
Very nice hat, fits perfectly. However I would say they are quite delicate and wont survive rough handling.

Hat arrived in good condition and well packaged. Delivery on schedule. Only disappointment from my point of view is I didn't realise I could have got my own bespoke hat band fitted (Household Division) Blue-Red-blue.
