The Folder Panama (Cuenca 3/5), often referred to as the Colonial is the most classic of all Panama styles.

Woven in a traditional Cuenca (herringbone) weave, it features a distinctive centre crease that allows the hat to roll with ease while retaining its shape. Designed with travel in mind, this timeless piece is ideal for frequent flyers and summer adventures.

Historically associated with iconic figures such as Theodore Roosevelt and Winston Churchill, the Folder Panama remains one of the most enduring and recognisable hat styles ever created.

Also available in a finer Cuenca 8/10 weave for those seeking an even more refined finish.

    WOW..!!! anyone considering buying a Panama hat LOOK NO FURTHER THEN The Panama Hat Company. A fantastic product !comfortable, size is accurate. my head measures 59.5cm I ordered 60cm perfect being slightly looses opposed to tight from a sweat point of view..highly recommend this company ..thank you..

    After buying the wrong size (my fault) I sized up with a stress free exchange, and got my perfect fit. My hat has perfect imperfections which is expected from something handmade/woven . I love it. Fits great looks great. Service was great. What’s not to like. If in the future I want to upgrade (this is my first Panama) I will definitely buy from here again. Thank you

    All good with the hat. I wanted to buy my friend a travel tube to go with it but as I bought one of the larger sizes the tube was too small. This seems a shame when one of the selling points of this hat is how easy it is to pack for travel..
