To exchange your hat size or style within 28 days, and to receive a pre paid label please pay a £7.00 exchange payment online This can be found under Customer Service – Exchange payments . Once received we will send you a pre-paid return.slabel to your email address. When returning your hat please complete the form below letting us know which size you require.     Is the bag the product came with waterproof? With the changeable weather we’ve been having, it would be useful to carry it in case of a sudden shower.

    Fabulous hat, especially after we changed to the right size! Never been able to say that a hat was too big before! This one fits really well and it looks great.

    I highly recommend the Panama Hat Company. This is my second Panama hat from them and they are extremely light and comfortable in the summer. They went out of their way to get me the exact hat I wanted and I have asked them to keep this on file for next time. They are very efficient as a business and deserve to succeed

    (o/n 24297-29/6/22) Prompt delivery of first hat, beautiful product but too small so after telephone conversation with very helpful and friendly member of staff, exchanged for larger size in different colour as original not available, again prompt delivery and well packaged although no delivery note so couldn't check price charged. NB at the time of ordering, price difference between the two hats on the website was £4 the replacement being £81 not £85. Wasn't going to follow up on this small amount but review request prompted me do so. Your comments welcome, thank you

    A friend bought me one of your excellent panama hats but underestimated the size of my head! I followed the exchange process and posted the too small hat on a Monday and received the correct replacement the following Saturday.

    Thanks Panama Hat Company. My husband received a Panama as a retirement gift and it was 2 inches too big. He didn’t do anything about it so it was going to be relegated to the loft. I was able to make contact with the company and they very helpfully organised an exchange and my husband now has a fabulous Panama. Thank you.
