    Granada Panama Hat

    Beautiful hat that I ordered for my father’s birthday. The hats name held sentimental value as he was a Director at Granada TV for 35 years. There was some back and forth returning the item as my mother had misread the size on his other hat, but we managed to redirect the return item to their house rather than mine as I was abroad. Very courteous and professional service throughout and I would highly recommend.

    Is the bag the product came with waterproof? With the changeable weather we’ve been having, it would be useful to carry it in case of a sudden shower.

    Fabulous hat, especially after we changed to the right size! Never been able to say that a hat was too big before! This one fits really well and it looks great.

    I highly recommend the Panama Hat Company. This is my second Panama hat from them and they are extremely light and comfortable in the summer. They went out of their way to get me the exact hat I wanted and I have asked them to keep this on file for next time. They are very efficient as a business and deserve to succeed

    (o/n 24297-29/6/22) Prompt delivery of first hat, beautiful product but too small so after telephone conversation with very helpful and friendly member of staff, exchanged for larger size in different colour as original not available, again prompt delivery and well packaged although no delivery note so couldn't check price charged. NB at the time of ordering, price difference between the two hats on the website was £4 the replacement being £81 not £85. Wasn't going to follow up on this small amount but review request prompted me do so. Your comments welcome, thank you

    A friend bought me one of your excellent panama hats but underestimated the size of my head! I followed the exchange process and posted the too small hat on a Monday and received the correct replacement the following Saturday.
