Make your Panama hat completely your own with one of our bespoke hat bands, available in hundreds of colours and a variety of designs.
Simply choose your preferred band and our in-house milliner will professionally fit and sew it onto your chosen Panama hat at our factory in Luton, replacing the original band for a beautifully finished, personalised look.
Our bespoke bands are not interchangeable and will automatically be fitted to your hat unless you specifically request for the band to be supplied loose when ordering. If you are ordering more than one hat, we may contact you to confirm which hat you would like personalised.
Using your own ribbon
We can also personalise your Panama with your own ribbon — perfect for regimental, club, school, corporate or event colours. We are unable to source these ribbons on your behalf, but are very happy to professionally fit them for you. Please send 1 metre of ribbon, approximately 3–3.5cm wide, together with your order reference, to:

Please note: This service is available when purchasing one of our Panama hats and the hat itself should be purchased separately. Bespoke bands that have been fitted to a hat are non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the service. If you need to exchange your hat for a different size or model, we will transfer and fit your bespoke band to the replacement hat at no additional charge.
