Not sure how it’s possible to perfectly fit a hat from “across the pond” but you did it!

Pleased with the item I ordered.

Hat arrived in good condition and well packaged. Delivery on schedule. Only disappointment from my point of view is I didn't realise I could have got my own bespoke hat band fitted (Household Division) Blue-Red-blue.

    Jack Trilby Panama Hat

First of all I would like to thank Jenny for the excellent service. I initially contacted Jenny to ask if she would be getting a hat in my size as there was none. she got right back to me to confirm that she had just took delivery and yhat she had updated her site. Then I made a mistake while trying to purchase the hat and Jenny called me to offer assistance. We completed the sale over the phone at 2:30pm and as I had paid for 1day delivery the hat arrived shortly before 9:00am the following morning. Who said customer service is dead. Thanks again Jenny.
