Ladies Capeline Panama

After struggling to find a pretty ladies sunhat, in larger sizes, I was recommended here from a forum. Most High Streets or websites are ‘one size’, which is useless if you have a larger head/hat size. I was very impressed at the variety of hats available & measuring assistance/hat storage, cleaning & travel advice. I’m very impressed with my hat, which arrived beautifully packaged. It fits perfect & being sun sensitive, due to a medical condition, it makes me feel much happier & protected. It’s also very amenable to adding a scarf for other occasions. The only comment I would add is to maybe revisit how the band is added during ordering. Maybe number/name the bands on the photo as well as in the order? At the moment it’s a bit of a guessing game!

We ordered two hats from this company, one of which was for my daughter who struggles to get hats to fit her. We spoke over the phone and through emails to find the perfect hat and perfect fit. I can’t say enough good things about the quality and service that Mavi and Jenny provide. They went out of their way to help us and we are so happy. This is a soft panama at the lower end of the price range for panamas, and is perfect for everyday sun protection. The hat is comfortable to wear, although I would prefer a fabric internal band, rather than elastic.

The first hat which I ordered was too large but a second smaller one was despatched immediately and arrived the next day. The second hat is perfect.

Beautiful, elegant and chic. I purchased this fabulous hat in cinnamon with the twin tassle horsehair band and couldn't be more thrilled. I love the fact that I could create my own bespoke look. The fit is perfect and so comfortable and finally thank you to the lovely lady who helped me with my queries. I should just add that I ordered my hat around 1.30pm on Monday and with the express delivery it arrived 8am the following day.

This is a beautifully made hat and the elasticated hat band ensures a perfect fit that stays on in wind and leaning over. Quick delivery and good customer services. Am thrilled with my purchase.
