Postage and Packing
Our genuine Panama Hats are shipped in protective cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive undamaged and in perfect condition.
Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours (2 working days) and are sent by Royal Mail. All items, unless specified at the point of ordering, are sent with a standard delivery to the UK at the cost of £6.00.
If you need your hat in a hurry, you can order a NEXT DAY delivery option in the UK (only), however you must place your order before 2pm Monday-Thursday
At the Panama Hat Company, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and efficiency. All orders are despatched as quickly as possible - however there may be circumstances beyond our control where delivery times may be longer than anticipated, such as bad weather, industrial action or over certain holiday periods.
Delivery for standard single item deliveries is charged as follows:
- UK Standard delivery (signed for) £6.00
- UK Special Delivery (next day signed for) £9.00
- Europe (Tracked/Signed) £13.50
- International (signed for) £18.00
UK Standard delivery(signed for) - Standard delivery normally takes between 2-5 working days. A signature maybe required upon delivery.
UK Special Delivery (next day signed, before 1pm delivery) - Please ensure you order before 2pm Monday - Thursday if you want your order the next day. A signature maybe required upon delivery. Please note that a next day delivery over a bank holiday weekend may not be possible and that we are also unable to guarantee a next day Saturday delivery.
Europe (Air Mail) - This can take between 5 -10 working days, and wherever possible, your package will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure service. A Signature may be required on delivery.
International (signed for) - Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery, and wherever possible, your package will be sent via International Tracked and Signed. A Signature may be required on delivery.

Tracking your order
To track your order, you can simply log into your account and select your order number to see the status of your order. It will either be in progress or despatched.
